  • My wife and I have lived here for about 9 months now and have had absolutely zero problems. Instead of ranting I have provided pros and cons for your viewing pleasure: Pros: -Beautiful complex -Beautiful apartment interiors -Location is unbelievable (10 minutes from ASU, 10 minutes from old town, 10 minutes from Sky Harbor) -Awesome amenities (pool, gym, gas grills, etc) -Offer trash valet -Provided driver -Quick maintenance response time -Management team has not changed (yet) Cons: -Expensive (it IS a Mark-Taylor in Scottsdale, so not very surprising) -Parking is a nightmare -Noise...we are on the third floor so we have not been bothered by noise, but we have gotten a few visits from our downstairs neighbor when all we were doing was walking normally -Entitled renters (rich Scottsdale-ites who are too good to pick up after their dogs...luckily maintenance does a great job keeping the place clean) -Minor appliance issues (AC broke due to shorted wires, water does not get cold in summer or hot in winter) I moved to Phoenix from Tucson 4 years ago, and have lived in a different apartment complex each year. So far this is the best one, and we are planning on renewing our lease. I'm so excited to not move!
