  • Everyone is always so polite and helpful to me and my children. I was pregnant with my now 5 month old when I started going to this store. The associates always offered to help me to my car with my son and groceries. One associate let me know how the savings catcher app worked being she knew I was really into couponing. But the most impressive visit of all was in November. An associate named Douglas had just clocked out and finished his shift for the day. He was waiting for a ride. My mother, my son, my beautiful new baby girl, and I had stopped in Walmart to fill my prescription (from having a c section) and pick up a few groceries on our way home from the hospital. All of the ride on carts had apparently been removed from the store servicing. All of the associates that weren't busy walked up to me and apologized for the cart situation because they knew that I needed it and congratulated me on my new arrival. But it was Douglas who offered to push me around the store in the wheelchair cart. I didn't know he was off the clock until a manager approached him for still being there. He was there helping us for a good 30 minutes. Now every time I'm in the store Douglas ask how Abigail is doing if she isn't with me or he compliments her and my son. He is one of the best Walmart associates I have ever met. Walmart struck gold when they added him to their team. He deserves a raise and/or promotion. And just when I thought this Walmart couldn't get any better the entire store is completely in order. Everything is on the shelves where it is supposed to go. I have been in Walmarts all around this country from Tulsa Oklahoma to Florida to Virginia and this is the first Walmart that I have seen everything in line on the shelves.
