  • Needed next day dry cleaning. Came to pick up my sons dress pants and they were missing. Was told by the counter customer service agent that the manager would be back to look for them and possibly clean them if they weren't completed. I paid for the entire order, gave her my number for the manager to contact me but that never happened. I went to their establishment the next day frantic and the manager had the pants up front. I explained it was for my sons graduation. He said it was on the house but I paid for them already. Oh well.
