  • My dad ordered a pie and when he got home with it, discovered he was given the wrong pie. When he got back to the restaurant, the counter person laughed when she was told she had given him the wrong pie. The manager on duty the evening of 12-11-16 was not apologetic at all. Shame on you Marie Callendar's, you need a lesson in customer service. I hope someone in senior management reads this. My dad refuses to go back to your restaurant.
