I had the worst customer service ever this afternoon at the Macy's store in Chandler. I purchased a Michael Kors watch a total of 3 thus far.
The third Michael Kors watch I had nothing but problems the first two weeks, the watch tarnished and color and then I returned it ,exchanged for another watch .
I returned the watch are attempted to exchange it for another one this afternoon I had a male associate working the Michael Kors line who acted as if he did not want to help me so he passed me to another female associate who had no clue to what she was doing.
James the customer service manager in the men's department are Steven always help me , because I spent so much money at the Macy's store.
This afternoon I did not want to buy anything after having this negative customer's experience.
