  • Great experience. I requested an appointment with a sales rep to discuss replacing the carpet on a staircase before the holidays and received a confirmation quickly. He showed up with several options in several price ranges for me to examine and choose from. Although the price was very reasonable, I wanted to think about it a little bit. He didn't pressure me at all and just said to give him a call. Within a couple of hours, I called him back to set up an appointment for installation. He came back to my home and we signed the paperwork, and when I asked nicely, he even gave me a price break. I even later requested the addition of pup pads for the padding and it was easy. Customer service confirmed the appointment and kept me appraised of the arrival time the day of installation. They showed up in the window given. The installation guys were polite and fast, and did an excellent job. It looks beautiful and they cleaned up after themselves very well. I also got a call from the rep afterwards, checking to make sure everything went well. It couldn't have gone any better.
