  • Going to the West Side Market is so fun. I love the atmosphere. Basically all you'll find here is desserts, meats, and produce. You can find steals with the produce. Yes, you have to have a keener eye because there could be a few great cherries in a basket with a bunch of not-so-yummy ones underneath ... but if you take your time and buy wisely (and bargain) you can leave feeling you just stole some food for free. ...and the desserts... CARAMEL POPCORN. I'll write a separate review for them but dude. CARAMEL POPCORN. And I'm not talking about Cracker Jack. My new money saving scheme. Basics at ALDI and fruits and veg at West Side Market ... and if I need something special I'll go to Giant Eagle (hey they have a Red Box outside)
