This is a shame of a business!!! My college daughter put a deposit on an apartment and was not happy with service. She called within 12 hours to cancel and stop deposit, which was within cancellation policy. Her money was STILL processed 3 days later. she called immediately to request her refund and was given a run around answer from Matt, office rep. She was told they would refund the deposit. ONE MONTH LATER AND STILL NO REFUND! she has attempted to leave multiple voice messages and email with Mgr, Lauren who has also blamed error on "new mgmnt" and stated over and over again "the check is in the mail". I reside out of state and now have to take the time and inconvenience of beginning legal action against this POORLY MANAGED business. I would NOT RECOMMEND doing any business with this location or people. If they will out right steal money from a college student they will do this poor business with anyone.
