  • This was one of the few dealerships that was willing to work with me via email and phone. They were great!! They did not bombard me with useless emails and phone calls. They were respectful to the point and did not waste my time. My experience started with Jeff who was my point of contact on the phone and email. He was able to answer all my questions and provide me the information I requested. On the day I was ready to purchase I called him by accident on his day off. He answered his phone and put me in contact with Gregg who was working at the dealership that day. Jeff was absolutely amazing!!. He relayed my whole situation to Gregg and told me Gregg was going to verify they had the vehicle on the lot and then call me. In less then five minutes Gregg called me to let me know they currently did not have the vehicle in the color I was requesting. After speaking to Gregg on the phone he learned how important the color was for my situation. Gregg provided excellent customer service by locating the vehicle which was on the other side of town. He had the vehicle at the dealership by the time I arrived. We spent a short time going over the price of the vehicle. I was completely shocked how quick I went threw financing. Even the finance employee was terrific. I have shopped and purchased at a lot of dealerships which is never a pleasant experience but Gregg, Jeff and the finance employee were a breath of fresh air. I felt they were very honest and didn't give me the usual dealership sales baloney. I will not hesitate using this dealership for a future purchase. Thank you for making my car buying experience outstanding.
