  • Don't be put off by the name! We didn't start out with this company, but rather with Costco Travel, our "go to" place for car rentals. We had already reserved the car when I received an email ad for car rentals. Checked out just what we had already reserved by dates, length of use and type of car and this car would be $70 less against the already low Costco rental fees. I hesitated at first, "what's the catch?" As it turns out- none! The day before we left we received an email from them reminding us that we needed to bring a copy of our license and insurance, and instructions to their facility. Odd at first, but better service by far than waiting for a shuttle. You catch a Yellow Cab (specifically), and when you arrive at their office, someone comes out and pays for the can with a voucher, you go inside, paperwork gets completed and your on your way. ( By the way, a licensed and insured spouse/ second driver is included!) Cars are clean and well kept late models, the staff as personable as can be. This branch is run by a local family, sister and brother, and includes their dad, Billy, -a 20 year plus Army Vet who just made the whole experience outstanding. Easy return too. Drive back to the same office (close to the airport) complete the paperwork, then they drive you and your luggage to your desired airline. Great service, fabulous pricing and best of all Local. This place deserves your support!
