  • Long time patient here. Their billing department has ruined the chance of me going back. A procedure I had over a year ago suddenly had a balance the insurance did not pay and suddenly get a collection call. Called to find out what happened, they said they sent letters, that I did not get. Still, no courtesy call? No email? Crappy customer care.
