Andy's isn't fancy, and that's fine because its delicious.
Sushi bars have become something of a spectacle. I don't know why. When I want raw fish, I want to eat raw fish. I don't want to pay extra for the guessing game of wether the flower is a garnish or part of the meal.
Back on topic, Andy's is actually a small booth INSIDE Wholey's fish market. The food is takeout-only. He moves quick, and so does his line.
Andy's sushi rolls seem to be the specialty, but he does nigiri, sashimi, hand rolls, and spring rolls as well.
Do not be discouraged if you see his stand closed. Andy goes on long vacations. He always comes back.
You will too.
