  • Came to get an oil change here a month ago. My car's sensor hit me with a message stating that my oil pressure was low. I immediately took it into Valvoline because honestly they were the closest. The guy checked my oil with the dipstick and basically I had ZERO oil in my car. So either I paid for an oil change and got no oil or as we discovered my filter was not tightened completely. Thankfully, I didn't throw a rod and ruin my engine but that very well could have happened because I was confident in the fact that they changed my oil correctly and just KNEW that I had oil in my car.
