My initial impression was that the salon was very well put together. Beautiful color schemes and very classy. The staff was friendly. I got at least four "hellos".
I don't remember the name of the lady did my nails but I am disappointed. Before I got my acrylics, I told her exactly what I wanted and how long I wanted them and the shape, etc. I had to keep asking her for shorter and rounder nails. It got to the point where it was annoying telling her what I wanted.
Eventually, I got what I wanted but when my nails started to grow out, I was noticing that she did my nails way too thick where the nail meets the cuticle. After just one week, I had to go back to my previous nail salon ( you need nails, by Safeway on Fountain hills Blvd.) because I couldn't even wash my hair without my nails catching my hair and pulling it out(painful)!
A+ for appearance of the salon, but they get a big fat F for listening skills and nail skills. I will not be back to world of day spa:/
