Came here with a Groupon too. It's not a luxury spa place by any means, and it's also a little difficult to find, but it does its job. The specialists here know what they're talking about.
The spa is run mostly by Chinese people (I think), so if you speak Chinese, you might be able to converse with them a little easier. They give good advice on what sort of products to use. I told them that this was my first ever facial experience, and my specialist instantly recommended me to use collagen products to keep the face firm for the future.
Like other reviews mentioned, they will try to upsell you extras, but you can opt out with no problems. They're not pushy, which I appreciate.
I don't know if I would come again, but I would say it's definitely a good place to get a quick facial or something.
