  • I've been at MountainView Casitas for a year so far and I just renewed my lease. I love it over here. I haven't had any problems that didn't get resolved in a timely manner and the maintenance guys are really cool. Considering there are only two of them, I think they do a great job taking care of everything. Obviously they have to take care of things in order of importance , so it's expected that they don't always get to everyone as quickly as you want them to. Jacquelin that works in the office is AMAZING! She's always pleasant and very helpful whenever I call with questions or complaints of any sort. Jacquelin helped me when I first moved into the complex and continues to help or assist me as needed. She's very professional and always knowledgeable. She stays on top of her game. Overall, great place to live for the cost. 2 bed , 2 bath with 2 fireplaces .... yes please!
