We changed our plan from AT&T a little over a year ago. We were told it would be seem less and little cost to us. We were given an estimate of what our payment would be, and of course when the first bill came we weren't surprised that the amount was much higher. They provided nothing concerning a rate, except the monthly phone lease fee. We rode out the fees and finally received a discount for our employment. Now, a year later, they jacked out bill up. They state they can't provide a signed agreement, but that we signed to have a $15 per line access fee only waived for one year. Yah, that makes sense. They lie to get your business and then screw you! Beware!!! I will be reporting the to the BBB, the news and anyone else who will listen.
