  • I joined Yelp JUST so I could write about how horrible this company is. Don't let the cute little girl on their Web site fool you - or the picture of the several servicemen - they have about two people who service homes and if you check back in a month or two, those two people are gone and a new batch of idiots have taken their place. I had a new unit installed with more problems than I have the space to write about here. The person who installed my unit was fired soon after (on a different job) and threw away my warranty papers and after eight months and several phone calls, I still don't have them. Every time I have them out to fix yet another problem, and I wait for them to arrive, they have to reschedule to a different day . HORRIBLE installation job, horrible service.
