  • Purchased a gift certificate for my wife for Mothers Day. It's been such a terrible experience trying to utilize her services we purchased. What should have been an enjoyable experience has been nothing but a pain for my wife. She's made appointments several times, rearranged her day and then was cancelled on by the nail technician for reasons which they wouldn't elaborate on. When we just asked for a refund instead the owner was rude and refused. Apparently customer service isn't their strong point. Very poor experience.
