Meh.
I was excited to try this place because my friend loved it last time she came but it wasn't worth it to me. For $60 on brunch I'd expect better service to be honest.
The place wasn't busy at all and our sever never checked on us. We're halfway through meal and champagne glasses are bone dry and our server brings us our bill stating no rush... to me when I'm still eating and the bill is brought that is rushing me out. We were there around 130 which they still had an hour to close so idk why we were being pushed out so fast. We asked for another drink and our server acted like he didn't wanna work anymore. We said thank you and he's like mhm, crumples the bill he originally brought to add extra drink and walks away. I'm sorry, but adding more drinks to bill raises the bill which means more tip.
The food was pretty good. I had the skinny eggs and it was a good portion for the price. I'm all about service though and this place fell short of that. The manager was checking on table but never came to us. The manager came to our table to take my card to pay, and I said oh it's already paid I need to just sign and he drops card and walks off.. doesn't say anything. Kind of odd
I live in north Phoenix and drove to Tempe cause my friend said it was worth it but I don't think so. The service was meh and the food was alright. Not worth the drive tho so this will be the place that I skip next time.
