  • i had a last minute birthday cake emergency and Maddy's stepped up in an amazing way. The day of My Dad's 70th Surprise Birthday party and I find out that the custom cake that my cousin made which was supposed to be on it's way from Florida was no longer on its way (long story). I'm scrambling to find a bakery that will make a similar cake, in 8 hours. which was boxing themed based on my Dad's early career. I stumble upon Maddy's on Yelp, walk in and basically beg them to save me. They were truly slammed with orders but still agreed to help after hearing my story. I showed them a pic of the original cake and they basically made a replica of it. Not only did they deliver the cake to the restaurant but it looked and tasted amazing. It capped the night off for him and all of the family in from all over the country there to share our special occasion. I cannot adequately express my gratitude and appreciation to them...and how impressed we all were with the delicious and beautiful cake!! Thanks again Maddy's!!
