I originally chose this office because it was convenient and the reviews overall for G&P were decent. The nurses were nice overall, but the various Dr's were lacking in bedside manner, professionalism and empathy. I always seemed to have to re-explain what was going on (various fertility tests which G&P had recommended) despite having everything in my electronic records. Medical records and documents seemed to get lost (some still are) over the last several years. Billing was always a cluster. Now that we've moved out of state, I've had to send records authorizations multiple times. I also requested copied be mailed to me in November prior to our move in December. A couple of weeks ago I was told that there were never authorizations on file. Today I was told that I had signed an authorization and that all of my records were mailed to me...they were not received. (Which means all of my sensitive health information has been floating around the USPS yikes!) I switched G&P offices to the Gilbert location last summer, which was a better experience overall. The Dr's were empathetic, professional and courteous. They seemed to genuinely want to be there. Unfortunately, the records and billing for all locations are centrally managed are still a mess.
