  • I have been a client here for years and my last pair of contacts ripped...The order is on its way but I didn't have any glasses and have extremely poor vision. My husband drove me since I couldn't see and I requested a trial pair of contacts to hold me over until my order came in. I told the man at the front desk that I have two kids and my vision is so bad that it's simply unsafe for me to not be able to see. He said there was nothing he could do since my RX had expired through them... My RX has been the same for years. I pleaded with him as I have no options unless they send me home with a trial. He said I would have to see the Dr on Monday. The doctor was in the hallway and I asked to speak with him... The man behind the counter told me I can't talk to him unless I pay. I asked for an exam right then and there and I would pay whatever is needed. He told me the doctor is off at 4 and he won't speak to me even though he was still in the office. It blows my mind that the staff and doctor were that rude and inconsiderate. I asked the man what am I supposed to do if he won't help me, I literally can't see.. All he said was come back Monday. This place has terrible customer service and I won't ever return. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone after the way they treated me today.
