  • I can't say enough about how pleased I was with Shaun and how he helped me on New Year's Day. I had a dramatically overflowing dishwasher and kitchen sink which was not fixing itself. After about a gallon of draino (which, I know I shouldn't use...) and several other home methods, I decided it was time to call a plumber. With it being January 1, most plumbing companies were closed. I found Rightway on Yelp, and they helped me immediately. They put me in touch with Shaun who talked me through the process in advance and helped give me an idea of pricing. About 30 minutes later, he was at my door. Not only was he fast, he was extraordinarily professional and knowledgeable. The prices were reasonable and he gave me a quote for some other work which I'll likely have done later in the year. I highly recommend Rightway and will certainly use them again before I buy any more draino!
