  • Well first off considering I had moved from CA all the way down to AZ without even looking at the apartment other than seeing it from online I'm actually satisfy with the apartment and the complex . I haven't had a issue since I've been in my apartment for a month . Love how spacious the living room and bedrooms are . Cons : sometimes the leasing office is ALWAYS packed and they only have 3 workers on duty whenever I go in . 2' : the bug problem is gone but when I moved in for the first 3 weeks I had bad roach issues and all the time I had to keep spraying. But other than thoses 2 issues I have had nothing but positive reviews about Latitude. I would recommend this place . &&' Shenelle and Ebony are the BEST !! Love those
