  • I took my down comforter in and received a call a week later from Jerry, the owner saying my comforter had fallen apart in the dryer. He said he would not charge me for the hours they had into it and no offer of compensation! I said you mean to tell me that I am out my down comforter and he said yes, It looks like a chicken factory in here and tried to be funny. He then told me once again that I would not be charged. The third time he told me I would not be charged (like he was doing ME a favor) I told him I wouldn't pay even if he had charged me and hung up. I received an email a few hours later saying my order was ready to be picked up. I will never go to Lapels again, when Delia's is right down the road.
