  • Dutch Bros knock-off without the consistency and controls. Workers appeared to be engaged and very customer friendly, but owners need to do a better job of training their employees. The pace of order taking and order prep/delivery was slow as workers did not appear to be well trained in all the steps. Recommend that the owners improve their operational processes to ensure consistency and speed; competition in this market has set the bar.
