  • The manager of the store did contact us and apologized for our experience. She said she reviewed their in store surveillance tapes and was truly mortified by what she saw. She added that their behavior was not only inappropriate, but unwarrented. While I don't blame her and I do appreciate her call we will never return to another Michaels store.
