  • After picking my kids up last night, we headed to the grandparents' house for dinner. In the less than a mile drive, my tire lost air and was thumping. I promptly called AAA who towed my car to Firestone. They left the keys in the night drop box. At 7:15 this morning I got a call from Bruce, who received my keys and assessed the damage to my minivan. He gave me a quote (that quote didn't change when I picked my car up!) and said it looked like two tires actually needed to be replaced. After work today I went in to pick up my car, paid, and drove off happy. So rare to go to an auto repair shop and not feel jerked around or cheated. WONDERFUL a experience. Thank you everyone at Firestone for restoring my peace of mind and confidence in my minivan without robbing me.
