  • Absolute worst. They should be sued. First, the took advantage of slightly cooler weather in the south to rob customers with exorbitant prices, inflating 1000% bills per month were $600 for 40 degree weather. After calling asking for further details they decided to shut down our gas with no warning. However they "claim" they they gave a notice. Now my kids are sitting without heat and hot water for a shower for 3 days because their technicians are "backed up". Anyone who wants to start a class action law suit please PM me.
