  • The staff were not rude just not properly trained. Very irritated with this location. I ordered two Energy Bowls and when I am going to pay with my card the girl asked me for my ID on a debit transaction which requires a signature on the receipt anyways. That was the first issue / train your staff at this location the correct procedures. Second issue the card did not go through with a note that said unable to initiate. She tries it a second time, third, and fourth time with a different card. Same thing, she then says "that's weird other card transactions have been working" as if I did not have money. I did not appreciate that because I know I had money on my account. Not stopping at this location anymore. The one on Craig by the Wal-Mart is much better. BTW I'm writing this review as I wait for my two Energy Bowls that were paid for by the same card and did not require ID identification. Lol
