  • These people need to be shut down. Horrible Experience. I went there a few times and on our last visit. I aksed the woman at the front desk if was ok to leave for a few minutes. I told her to check with the office manager. She told me yes. All of of sudden the woman at the desk is calling me asking me where I am and when i will be back. I tell her I will be back in 5 minutes. I walk back in and they have my son sitting in the chair. I hear 2 girls in the little room to the side saying how rude my son is. They walk out and i immediately address them asking are they talking about my son. One girl immediately apologizes but the other one is like he had an attitude with us. Im like what? He is a child and this is a pediatric dentist what do you so when children scream, beat them. I tell them that that need to be retrained on how to deal with children because children sometimes have attitudes and if they want to get paid they will learn to provide better customer service. Then the dentist comes out tries to shake my after telling her about her dental assistants behavior, she says well maybe he shouldn't have a bad attitude. I see my son in the dental chair, reclined crying. They seem oblivious. I say we are leaving and will not be back. They lokked at us like we were in the wrong. No apology from the dentist for her unprofessional behavior. Needless to say that we have children who are patients who will nevwr come back, plus 4 cousins who have since changed as well.
