| - This review is a bit late. I went shopping for a dress in August 2015. Felicia's was the first and only store I ended up going to. I picked their shop specifically because they carry Watters dresses. When I called to make an appointment it happened to be a Watters trunk show the day I was going.
On the day of my appointment I got stuck in traffic due to TTC subway closures. I called to let them know I was going to be late and they let me know that is wasn't a problem. I showed up to my appointment 20 mins late and was immediately greeted and given clips to select dresses. My mother and sister helped me look for dresses to try on and at no point did I feel I was being rushed despite how busy the store was and how late I had shown up.
I had an idea in my head of what I wanted for a dress and after trying on my selections, the gentleman that was helping me brought me an array of different styles to make sure there wasn't another style that I might like. With my likes and dislikes, he did a great job of bringing me different dresses to help narrow down my search. While all the dresses were gorgeous, I finally narrowed it down to two dresses and tried both on several times to make my decision. At no point did I feel I was being rushed to make a decision or wasting their time by going back and forth between the two.
With all the negative comments below, I have to note that the gentleman that helped me (unfortunately I do not remember his name) was kind, helpful and made me feel at ease. He gave me some good advice to help select my dress (and was also quite funny) and I couldn't have been happier with the experience. He also brought be some veils and other headpieces to try on to get some ideas for my accessories. After I picked my dress, he left me with my family to take pictures and to enjoy my purchase a little longer. The other employees that were on the floor all seemed quite nice and would compliment some of the dresses I was trying on.
After I paid the 50% deposit, I was told my dress would likely arrive by the end of December. I got a call early December and went in early January to try on the dress. My experience with the service this date was also great. Once the woman that was assisting me helped me get into the dress and discuss potential alterations, she left me with my bridal party to take pictures and check-out the dress and generally just enjoy the dress with my bridesmaids. I paid for the other half of the dress and have left it with them until I need to go in to get it altered. They explained the alterations process to me and took my dress to be stored until I come back in.
All in all, I could not have asked for a better bridal experience. The store has a beautiful selection of dresses, is bright, clean and well laid out inside. Overall it was a fantastic experience!
