I had a horrible experience here. I called early in the morning to see if they would be available to check my car and take advantage of the AC check promotion that they had online for my Honda. The coupon stated they would diagnose the system and service tech. said it did not. I figured he made a simple mistake and took the car anyway with the printed coupon which stated that the price included an AC diagnostic. When I got there I was never told that my car would never be looked at and 7 hours later I got a call saying that my car would not be ready to be checked. I was very disappointed that I wasted my day off and never had my car even looked at. I kept my cool and I asked if I could get a shuttle to pick me up since I was dropped off and I don't have an extra car. The good thing is that I live by the Arrowhead mall which is a few miles away. They said that the shuttle driver was done for the day and they could not. I walked from my house to the dealership to pick up my car in the middle of summer because they supposedly were closed. When I got there 15 minutes later I saw the shuttle driver, drive up to the dealership. To make matters worse the tech had the gall to tell me that there would be no charge and that I should leave my car if I want it fixed. This after I had already told him that I needed my car to go to work the next day. This was the worst customer experience I have ever had. I work with the public and I always keep my cool. By this point I just wanted my car back and get away because I was upset and because it seems that if you're a nice understanding person this place will screw you.
