  • We were extremely disappointed with this company. And, with Groupon for having gotten us involved with this outfit. Our carpets have been cleaned by others, and we know what they are capable of looking like when they are cleaned properly. Shaggy's left our place with a huge dirty area that they never came back to take care of. Also, be very careful about the "up sell" nature of this company. They had a coupon which included a multi-head cleaning machine and yet they tried to charge me extra to use that device. They wanted to add things right and left -- it was almost impossible to get the cleaning we were promised by the Groupon. They had trouble with their equipment while there were here, and walked out with the carpets not completely clean. I would not recommend this company at all.
