  • All good things must come to an end... We went to Il Sogno for the first time in April 2014, we had a wonderful evening, great service and a DJ was playing great music behind the bar. The server had great conversation and he was really attentive. We loved our evening. We returned with friends twice since then, as per our recommendation. From a newbie server who made us feel uncomfortable (lack of experience) to a bad wine recommendation. Tonight we tried one more time and that is it for us. Food was okay at best, the lamb was chewy, the service was poor and we were definitely ignored. The server started as chatty but then he would avoid coming to our table. So much so that we wondered if we had offended him. This is not a dining experience that will keep us coming back. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant only if you don't have high expectations. It's a hit and miss.
