  • Be sure to READ the CONTRACT. Young kid came to my door to sell the service to us. He wouldn't take no for an answer. I had questions about canceling our service if we moved or did not have use for the service. He assured us at the time we could cancel but he did not inform us of the cancellation fee. When we moved out of the house we rented, we wanted to cancel... We missed the fine print that said there would be a cancellation fee.... The fee was not auto drafted until 5 months later. They told us they attempted to call us but any calls that came in, no voicemails were left. Don't know why 5 months later the fee was drafted but eh. Not a fan of the pushy sales guy and Mis leading sales guy who wanted our service and didn't inform us of anything else but I guess our bad for not reading Fine print. Call in customer service is non existent. Good luck.
