  • Absolutely stay away from this company!!! We are now 2 months into our lease. Have well documented issues with the property and have requested repairs countless times....ZERO RESPONSE except "were not responsible". We have windows screwed shut. Housing code violation and they've ignored us over and over. Broken garage door opener for over a month and they wanted us to pay for a maintenance call even though it was broken when we moved in and documented it on our walk through report. That's just for starters...when we contacted the company president, his response was to ask that he be removed from the emails!!!! I have never seen a company care less about their paying customers. We were supposed to receive a $100 rent credit April-Aug...now in June they're asking for full rent even though our signed contract says different. Stay away from Turnkey/Saticoy Bay AT ALL COST!!!!!
