  • I have been renting at this location for a year and a half. I started in the executive suites (with a one room office) and was able to move to larger offices to suit my needs (I am now in an independent suite with a lobby, conference room,two offices, and kitchenette). When you rent here, you sign a lease, that is quite thorough and sets out your rights and obligations under the lease. Mike took the time to go over the whole lease before signing, if anything in the lease surprises you, you should probably take more time before signing legal documents. You have a week grace period that they give before making your payments late, which is a nice courtesy that other business property owners do not give. I have had no problem with management. They are very busy with managing all of the properties, but every time I have had any problem or complaint, they are very quick responding and resolving the issue. The other reviews on here are from tenants who admit to not paying their rent on time and are complaining with management following the procedures they agreed to under their lease, maybe next time they should take time to read their lease, and consider paying their rent on time.
