  • Very disappointed in my experience tonight visiting this AMC. I don't know what's going on with the manager's skills and the employees but everything was terrible. From visiting the food court and them having no napkins within their containers. After one customer complained, they only replaced one instead of all. Then hoping to enter the movie theater 15 minutes before the showtime, they were still cleaning the theater until 5 minutes before the movie started. Once they finished, we were allowed to enter but to our disappointment, the movie started 5 minutes late. What a surprise. Don't even get me started on the restroom, no toilet paper, trash bag covering something within a stall instead of cleaning it up for both women and men restroom. If I had ten thumbs down to give I would.
