So, the last three Mopar dealers I've been to in the Phoenix metro area had me at my last straw with Mopar. I went to Chapman for warranty service that needed completing. They did a thorough exam of my car, not just running the computer like the last two did. They actually LOOKED at my vehicle. (When did repair shops actually stop looking at things to find out what is wrong?!?!?). They were timely in informing me of timeframe and arranging a rental for the overnight. They even gave me a break down of other service that needed attention and quotes. Again- this seems to not be standard any more. Provide the information and let me make my decision- don't try to bully me. Chapman didn't use scare tactics or try to bully me into additional anything.
Micaelean took amazing care of me and I am grateful that I found a place that still believes in customer service.
