  • Not happy with this hotel. I travel about every other week on business. Normally I stay in a Hampton Inn. I had to come to Cleveland on short notice and all the Hamptons near our plant were booked solid. I am an HHonors member and always try to stay with a Hilton family hotel. I have stayed in Doublrtree before in other locations and have always been pleased with them. Not this time. I would have been upset to have stayed in a (cheaper) Hampton with a hotel this run down. This is supposed to be a step up from Hampton, not down. I will not stay in this hotel again if there is anyway to avoid it. My list of main faults: No fridge in the room. (C'mon people, what hotel doesnt have a fridge nowadays?) No microwave in the room. (Ditto to above statement) Bathroom is tiny. I an an HHonor Gold member, and didn't recieve any of my HHonor amenities. The beds are very comfy though.
