| - I've been living here for over a year, and have nothing but good things to say--especially since the office started being managed by Anastasia.
Any place you live--apartments, condos, or homes--issues will crop up. While living in an apartment, residents benefit from not having to sink money or time into things that go wrong. While it sounds great in theory, most apartment complexes have an unresponsive front office that couldn't care less about your problems. They take forever to get back to you (if they do), they seem to spend money on things you don't care about (a new sign!), and neglect basic, simple repairs or complaints.
I'm happy to say that the Palladium under Anastasia is NOTHING like that. She genuinely wants residents to feel at home here. She actually is working on improving things during the day. The maintenance staff is extremely responsive and knowledgeable, and I've never had to wait more than 48 hours for repairs of anything. Most of them get taken care of in 24 hours. I've never had problems with pests, and the staff works on keeping everything clean and maintained. They periodically wash the hallways, clean the barbecues, and I've even seen them power-washing the area where the dumpster is... I don't know how many other apartments would consider spending money on the "little things" like that which really make you feel like they care about the quality of the property, and the quality of life for the residents.
No apartment is going to be "perfect" but I think the Palladium is as close as it gets, and the people working there play a big part of that.
