  • I went here for years for my eye care. I recommend any other place, for multiple reasons. They tell you you cannot order more contacts if it has been more than a year since your last exam. This is not true, as your prescription is valid for a few years and you can order online from someone other than them. They like to cash in on your exams though, so they will tell you otherwise. Everytime I went in, I requested to try Acuvue. Everytime they would tell me that the Biofinity was not only more affordable, but more comfortable. My new optometrist gave me Acuvue without me asking. They cost less, and surprise surprise, they are more comfortable. This basically means that they make more profits off of Biofinity lenses and therefor push them more regardless of their patients requests. On top of that, they made an insurance mistake a few years back that was 100% their fault and I had to come out of pocket $85 to pay for it which would not have been the case if they properly went through my information. This place is everything that is wrong with the health care industry. After 7+ years of going here, I will never return.
