  • I went here to get my eyebrows and bikini line waxed and felt a little more pain than usual. When I woke up the next morning the space under my eyebrows was all scabbed over. I went back to show them and they told me I had sensitive skin and I should have let them know that before they did the waxing. I have been getting my eyebrows waxed for years and this has never happened before. I was super upset that they screwed up in the first place but I was even more angry when they attempted to "manage" me and make me feel like it was my fault that I was missing skin on my face! They didn't offer me a refund and they gave me cream and told me it was an irritation. I will not only never go back here, but I will warn all of my friends too. It was truly a painful experience. Save your brows and go to a place that's not a chain! And not to be picky, but my bikini wax was a little off centre.
