  • We bought a spa a couple weeks ago from spa world. We had a very knowledgeable salesperson, Kelly, who assisted us to get a great deal and the best hot tub for our money. The most impressive piece of the whole experience was delivery. Shawn was amazing. Him and another gentleman notified us that our spa wouldn't fit into our home and he organized a crane (for a reasonable price) to come to our home within 30 min! He took off part of our pool gate and put it back on to move the spa into our home. He was quick, friendly, and super nice. We tried to tip him at the end and he would not accept one. I highly recommend this company from start to finish and am thoroughly impressed with the service we received. It's very rare to get quality service anymore, but we found it with Spa World. Thanks guys.
