  • Cure never fails to impress me and I make it a point to come here whenever I visit Pittsburgh. Though not the cheapest, the food is definitely worth it. The thought, execution, and complexity that go into the dishes are evidenced by things like the blueberry sauce and the turnip purée that came with my perfectly cooked duck. We also shared a large charcuterie plate, complete with gourmet mustards. They also had this divine olive and focaccia bread, basically combining my two favorite breads. I could eat that bread every day. Sweet and savory together are some of my favorite things, and this meal was filled with it. From the entree to my drink (it had rosemary!) to the salted ooey gooey chocolate cake, I walked out of Cure a happy camper.
