rev:text	Unfortunately I was told by the insurance company that I have to go to this particular out of shop to get an estimate on the damage of my car which is caused by another driver. I ended up going to the auto shop to have them do the estimate after he visually checked out the car and try to make it seem like there was no damages to my vehicle when you can clearly see all the damage that was caused to my vehicle that was not there prior to this accident. At the end of his visual inspection he told me that he had to call a few places to see how much it would cost for a certain parts to be fixed on the car he also said that he would email me a copy of the estimate as soon as he found out how much the cost of the part would be to fix the car. The next day I find out that he already sent the estimate to the insurance company but had not even send me one email which I left him my email address for him to email me the copy of the estimate. To my knowledge I understand that you are supposed to receive a copy of your estimate. This all in itself shows that this place is a scam and has no problem scamming and single mother who works very hard for the vehicle that I have purchased. If you want to deal with extra stress and bullcrap I highly recommend this place if you want to go to a place that straight out straightforward and you know how still at all I suggest you find a different place to go and get your estimate from. When I call to ask about the estimate how come I did not receive a copy I wanted to answer the phone was very rude to me tell me that she had to leave for the day and she was not going to leave me on hold also the person who supposed to send me the estimate was so called on the phone at the time it was for them to be leaving the office had they send me my email as I was promised when I came there for the estimate I would not have called them now they're saying that is in the control of the insurance companies they will lie straight to your face they would answer the phone and talk to you like you don't know what you're talking about is if you are a mild-mannered child and tell you that now it's in the insurance company's hands and in the same token they want you to get your car fixed through them. I rather let my 4 year old child fix my car then to take my car back up to that shop which I couldn't even get a copy of my estimate from that's how I was promised.
