  • Yama Sushi on Flamingo is usually my go-to sushi place but we decided to try something different for a change. Their rolls selection is more to my liking than other places I've been but that's the only pro I can point out. They put more rice in their nigiri than I'm used to, which I'm sure is done on purpose. The fish on their nigiri was breaking apart. I also had to ask for my seafood salad order three times. We ordered it right when we got our waters and then we had to ask for it again after 15 minutes. When they finally brought it over, they only brought one so I had to order it again, which took another 15 minutes. They lack dessert options and variety but that's expected. Their service was subpar. They were nice but kind of slow. At least my water never ran low.
