  • I can not say enough about the customer service I received on my resent shopping spree at Saks 5th Avenue in Phoenix AZ. Pariya and MEREDITH, in designer handbags, went above and beyond helping me decide what was the perfect handbag for my needs. They were informative, gave me many choices, and never made me feel pressured to buy. I ended up purchasing two. I had a small problem with one of them and it was fixed immediately. I was never made to feel like it was my problem and you have to live with it. These ladies are the best!!
